Native Plant and Nature-Oriented Vendors and Exhibitors

  • Florida Native Plant Society – gather information and free brochures about Florida native plants, sustainable landscaping, gardening for wildlife and conservation - Passionflower and Lake Beautyberry chapters. 
  • Lake County Conservation Council – learn about issues in Lake County and how conservation advocacy and environmental education work to protect our natural resources and the quality of life.   
  • Lake County Parks & Trails – find information about the opportunities Lake County offers to enjoy "Real Florida, Real Close", whether it is hiking, cycling, birdwatching, boating or just time outdoors. 
  • UF/IFAS – get answers to gardening questions and information about Florida Friendly landscaping principles provided by Master Gardeners. 
  • Florida Scrub-Jay Trail – discover two endangered species – the Florida Scrub-Jay and gopher tortoise - and get information about seeing these species and more at the Florida Scrub-Jay trail.
  • Butterflies and Bees – learn about how native plants are essential to the survival of our butterfly and bee populations and how to attract pollinators to your yard. 
  • Yaupon Brothers American Tea Co. – experience tea made from native Yaupon holly plants that contains anti-inflammatory properties, natural caffeine, and is high in antioxidants. 
  • Oklawaha Valley Audubon – discover Audubon’s "Plants for Birds" program and how you can attract birds to your yard with the right native plants.
  • International Dark Sky Association – find out how light pollution affects plants and wildlife, disrupting our ecosystems, as well as wasting energy and affecting human health.

Kids "Create Station"

  • Craft area where kids can make friendship bracelets, birdhouse ornaments and other little nature creatures using recycled cardboard.Craft projects foster creativity while kids learn the 3 R’s – Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.Led by Patricia Gilmore, an environmental artist and the program director for an art center.

Food Trucks

  • Fillin Good - specialty subs, craft burgers, and salads - fresh and tasty.
  • Ritters - frozen custard in fruity, nutty and specialty flavors plus other delicious treats
